In Fairbanks, we lived in three different houses. The first was a converted chicken coop that belonged to our LDS Branch President, Harry Arend. The second was a rental known to us as the Teets house. This picture was taken at the Teets. My father always had to have a garden. He grew cabbages here that were so successful they attracted the attention of the U. of Alaska extension agent. The cabbages were huge.
By the way, the third house we lived in was Government housing at 810 8th Ave.
